After 10 years of welcoming guests, we're modernizing the way you stay with us! Beginning November 1, 2026, we're moving beyond the traditional Bed & Breakfast model to offer a more flexible independent, experience with greater privacy and better value, while keeping the historic character, distinctive rooms, and related atmosphere our guest know and love.

Breakfast will no longer be included for stays beginning November 1st, giving you the freedom to explore North Conways many new and local favorite cafe's on your own schedule!
We'll continue to welcome groups, celebrations, retreats, private gatherings, and special events, with catering options available upon request.
